Larry’s vast financial services experience began in 1980, at Cantor Fitzgerald, where he was a Vice President in Municipal Securities Division. From Cantor, he joined Morgan Stanley, where he spent over eight years as a Vice President of Sales in the Fixed Income Dept. In 1998, Larry joined AG Edwards & Sons, where he spent 10 years as an Senior Vice President on the municipal bond sales desk and High Net Worth client development.
In 2008, leading financial advisory firm, UBS, presented Larry with a unique opportunity to leverage his sales expertise with his passion to help emerging financial advisors grow their business. He joined the firm as a Director and Business Development Coach where he consulted the firm’s top performers, including financial advisors, branch managers, product specialists, and regional managers.
Over his career, Larry has developed a passion for coaching leading him to complete the International Coach Academy (ACTP) curriculum and achieve a professional coaching certification (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. Larry holds a BBA in Marketing from Iona College.
Larry Wooters is presently based in Stamford, CT. with his wife Cathy, after raising three children in New Canaan, Ct. Larry and Cathy are active members of the Founders Council of San Miguel Academy in Newburgh, NY. - established in 2006 as a model of urban education for low income underserved students. Larry continues to coach high school students in college prep and job mentoring at Future 5, Stamford, Ct.
